COPENHAGEN INTERPRETATION OF QUANTUM PHYSICS

‌"What we know is a drop. what we don't know is an ocean" this famous quote was stated by the renowned physicist and scientist Sir Albert Einstein. Science in this new age can be classified as classical and quantum. Classical science is very different from the quantum level. When we look around our surroundings we see the world as it appears, in a simpler manner. We behave with our general perception to draw out our opinions or to explain the behaviour and nature of the universe. Science is a collection of explanations and also a set of arguments that refute these explanations. As science kept on evolving with the evolution of time, so did it's theories. The nature of classical science is very appealing to the general mind as it perfectly fits the common perception of the human brain. For example:- if we know the speed of a car and also the distance it will be travelling then we can easily find out the time. Similarly, if we know the speed of revolution of a planet ar

The fifth force

Since inception, the human mind has continually stared at the nature of the things that encircles its existence. With time it has made various breakthroughs and evolved from it. These breakthroughs come in all shapes and sizes. Lately, the discovery of a new force made headings in many publication and articles. The fifth force can be considered a major breakthrough. But first, let us understand what makes this discovery so important. The scientists have a book that they use to explain everything that surrounds us or the nature of the things that surrounds us. This book in the simple sense describes the ingredients that make up our universe. The book is called the standard model of particle physics. This model has two categories, fermions and bosons. Fermions are the elementary particles that make up matter. They are further divided into quarks and leptons. Just like atoms are made up of protons, neutrons and electrons similarly protons and neutrons are made up of quarks and electrons f

ANCIENT WMD'S(WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION)

On August 6 and 9,1945, United States of America dropped two powerful atomic bombs codenamed as “Little Boy” and “Fat Man” over the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The intention of USA behind these bombings was to make Japan surrender and end one of the worst Catastrophic military conflict in the history of mankind popularly known as World War 2. However, this was not the first nuclear explosion that took place. On July 16 1945, a nuclear test codenamed as “Trinity” was carried out by the Americans at a New Mexico desert. Operation “Trinity” for the first time gave mankind a glimpse into what a powerful nuclear chain reaction can do. Few days after, the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki gave mankind the destructive ability to destroy and level cities within seconds. But was it really the first time that humans possessed such a weapon at their disposal or was it history repeating itself. There are many evidences that somehow or someway suggest the existence of a superior rac

CHANGING THE PAST

Time is a very interesting quantity and time traveling has been a hot topic since years now. Each one of us atleast at one point of time have thought of going back to time to rectify our mistakes. But  by doing that will we really succeed? Time is a unidirectional quantity and it'll always move forward. Einstein's theory of relativity states that in order to travel back in time one has to travel at a speed faster than light. But to accelerate a mass to that speed would require infinite energy which is not possible. Therefore time travelling is considered impossible. To travel in time one has to somehow curve the space-time. But, let's now say that somehow you found a way to break time barriers and decided to go back in time and change something. When you will land yourself in the past, the past will already have a version of you. That means once you accomplish your objective there's no point in staying in the past as that timeline already has a version of you. Now let&

THE IDEA OF THE UNIVERSE

A few days back I came across a very interesting quote in the internet. It goes like this " once upon a time there was no time". It fascinated me so much that I printed out a copy, framed it and hanged it up on my room wall. Indeed the quote was true. Before the big Bang nothing existed not even quantities like light, time etc. The entire universe that we see today was concentrated in a single atom called the Primeval atom and the atom was infinitesimally small. But let's discuss about the origin of the universe in an another article. In this article I'll be talking about how our perspective about the universe changed over time. Before I begin I would like to point a theory here about a cave. There was once a boy who lived in a cave. Infact he was born inside that cave but one day out of curiosity he stepped outside the cave and then he realised that the world surrounding him are completely different then what he expected. Actually when he was inside the cave his view a

PLANNING

What is planning?? Why does people plan?? What significance does it have in our life?? Planing is the process of building the steps of a ladder one at a time to reach a desired goal. Everyone is planning or working on their plans right now as I write and you read this article. Planing is very important in one's life. It is the blueprint of your idea or your frame of life. Without planning one's life can be compared to that of a ship lost in an ocean of infinity. Planning can be divided into large scale planning and small scale planning. Small scale planning as the name itself indicates are the day to day planned actions that we take for a bigger reaction in the long run whereas large scale planning is the decision that we make to affect the reality. But how to adopt a fruitful planning. A plan that will definitely work. Actually to be honest that factor depends completely on oneself. It is you who will decide whether your plan
